Ordering & Account

Do I need an account to place an order? No, creating an account is optional. You can place your order as a guest by providing basic details such as your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. Creating an account is helpful if you want to track your order history and save details for future purchases.

How do I place an order? Browse our collection of hand-crafted bags, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all your purchase details.

Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Changes are only possible before the order has been processed for shipment. Once dispatched, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address? If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only before the package is handed over to the courier. Once in transit, we cannot reroute or recall the shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? Currently, Nexocarry ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does delivery take? Delivery time consists of processing and transit:

  • Processing Time: 2–4Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Transit Time: 4–5 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–9 Business Days.

What is the order cut-off time? Orders placed before 05:00 PM (EST) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Do you charge for shipping? A flat shipping fee of $15 USD applies to all orders within the United States. This fee will appear automatically at checkout.

How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch as the carrier scans the package.

 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please initiate a return by emailing support@nexocarry.com.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to a Nexocarry error (wrong item, defect, or damage), we cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Are there any restocking fees? No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

How long does it take to process a refund? Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Can I exchange my item? We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different style or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

 Quality & Support

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
